[OAK-7180] The error message "postings highlighting failed" should be warn or debug

Description

We log an error, saying "postings highlighting failed", but a user seeing that message is confused because:

• the message doesn't say how severe this is
• the code just continues with a fallback, the error message doesn't say that
• it's unclear on how to resolve the issue

Possibly we should just log a warning, or with debug level. Plus extend the message saying the fallback was used.

It looks like this was introduced in OAK-4368.
