Query: grammar documentation / annotated railroad diagrams

    Description

      I think we need to add a proper query grammar documentation with detailed recommendations, similar to how it is done in relational databases. This is needed for XPath, and SQL-2. The only thing we have right now is railroad diagrams, without annotation. That's not sufficient.
