Description

IndexPathServiceImpl currently relies on oak:QueryIndexDefinition nodetype being indexed to determine index paths. For 1.0 setups this nodetype was not indexed in some cases [1]

For such cases it should fallback to just list all index nodes under /oak:index node

[1] any setup where nodetype list was explicitly defined. By default Oak currently indexes all nodetypes OAK-1150
