[OAK-6532] Minimise usage of junit-addons

Description

Some modules declare a dependency on junit-addons. For the oak-jcr module this brings an unwanted dependency to xerces:xmlParserAPIs, which bleeds through as a test dependency in Eclipse and causes incorrect dependencies to be picked ( CLI build is not affected ).

We'll leave this artifact only where it is used - oak-core with the proper dependencies and remove it from everywhere else.
