Description

We could probably remove the segment graph functionality from oak-run. This has been implemented mainly (and solely?) for the purpose of analysing the problems around OAK-3348 and I assume it would quickly start falling behind as we move forward. Also for this kind of analysis I have switched to oak-script, which is far more flexible.

Let's decide closer to cutting 1.8 how to go forward here.
