Add record id of the compacted root to the GC journal

    Description

      We should also add the record id of the root node resulting from compaction to the gc log. This would have been helpful a couple of times already in the past for testing and post mortems. It will likely also be a requirement to implement the tail compaction approach form OAK-3349.
