Description

IndexDefinitionBuilder currently uses an internal builder. For some usecases we need to work with existing builder.

Supporting that would require

• Handling merge support - Property config operation should modify existing config if any otherwise create new
• reindex flag - Reindex flag should only be set if NodeState has actually changed
