Close AsyncIndexUpdate instance upon deactivate

    Description

      As part of OAK-5074 AsyncIndexUpdate is now registered via AsyncIndexerService. However currently the AsyncIndexUpdate are not closed in deactivate. We should ensure that instances are closed upon deactivate
