    Description

      Oak QueryEngine exposes few settings options via QueryEngineSettings. Currently they can be configured via

      1. System properties
      2. JMX - The settings are not persistent

      We should have a way to configure them via OSGi also. A simple option can be to have a OSGi component which obtains a reference to QueryEngineSettingsMBean and then modifies the config upon activation
