The oak-upgrade tests creates a lot of repositories. If a repository doesn't release the directory it uses, the whole test fails. We should handle it more gracefully:
a) log the exact reason why the directory can't be removed,
b) carry on with the tests,
c) create directories in the Maven target directory, so they can be easily removed with mvn clean
