Allow tweaking of node migration logs threshold

    Description

      Currently upgrade logs each 10k nodes processed. This is hardcoded and I'd like to provide a simple way of tweaking this value. (ie. set it smaller for tests, or larger for very large repos that don't really benefit from having a log each 10k entries).
