Minor Description
while writing additional tests for the TokenProviderImpl I found that getTokenParent in fact return a NodeUtil referring to a non-existing tree as the local tokenParent field doesn't get reset to null if (in case of CommitFailedException an attempt is made to retrieve the parent that may have been created by another session.
