Configuration to have case sensitive suggestions

    Description

      Currently suggestions follow the same case as requested in query parameter. It makes sense to allow for it to be case insensitive. e.g. Asking for suggestions for cat should give Cat is an animal as well as category needs to be assigned.

      Post OAK-3407, suggestions are case insensitive. While, I haven't heard of a requirement, but it might make sense to have a configuration to have case sensitive suggestions too.
