RDBDocumentStore: avoid use of "GREATEST"

    Description

      In the RDBDocumentStore we currently use "GREATEST" for conditional updates of the MODIFIED column (implementing the "max" operation). This isn't supported by SQLServer, thus requiring DB-specific code.

      It appears we can use something portable instead:

      "set MODIFIED = CASE WHEN ? > MODIFIED THEN ? ELSE MODIFIED END"
