Major Description
The changes in the segment format introduced with OAK-2294 might require more updates to RecordUsageAnalyser. The bulk of the work has been already done on that issue. However I think there is still an issue in the way the size for property lists is calculated in RecordUsageAnalyser#analyseTemplate: For singleton lists analyseList will block the single element from being analysed by recording it as seen.
