Major Description
In order to allow to specify the usage of different SolrServer in possibly multiple Solr indexes (e.g. root Solr index in oak:index and specialized one in /content/a/b/c aiming at different collections / servers) the Solr QueryIndexProvider and IndexEditorProvider must be able to read non repository wide configurations but rather read the configuration from the passed NodeState / NodeBuilder.
