[OAK-2504] oak-run debug should list a breakdown of space usage per record type

Description

The current output of oak-run in debug run mode only gives a disk space breakdown for bulk and data segments. For OAK-2408 it would be good if we could have a finer grained breakdown where we could see which record type take up how much space.
