[OAK-2010] BlobGcMaxAgeInSecs is set to high for MongoBlobStore

Description

Whilst working with MongoMk had problems with BlobGarbageCollector, it didn't remove redundant blobs at all.
When enabled debug logging I found the following entry in log files:

30.07.2014 19:23:32.922 *DEBUG* [pool-5-thread-2] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.blob.MarkSweepGarbageCollector Number of blobs present in BlobStore : [0] which have been last modified before [2011-11-03 18:23:32.922]

Looks that GC is considering only 3 years old blobs by default.
