See OAK-11150 for equivalent documentation for Postgres.

Things to do:

• find the image (11.5.x)
• add potentially required documentation of steps to accept the IBM license agreement
• add potentially required documentation of steps create database and username/credential
• provide example command line
• potentially update oak-parent POM's "rdb-db2" profile to use the matching JDBC driver (if now on a public repo remove the comments about the requirement to deploy locally)

...and finally, run the Oak test suite.
