Description

OAK-946 introduced names for ContentSessions for debugging purposes. I'd like to expand this providing a way for identifying content sessions uniquely across cluster nodes. A simple way to do this is to assign a UUID to each repository on first start and make that UUID part of the session identifier.

One use case is the isLocal flag in observation where we have to distinguish events by session.
