Indexer to delete documents

    Description

      Add an option -delete to the solrindex command. With this feature enabled documents of the currently processing segment with status FETCH_GONE or FETCH_REDIR_PERM are deleted, a following SolrClean is not required anymore.

      This issue is a follow up of NUTCH-1052.
