List of tasks to complete before considering a first release.

• Review public API
• Ensure clean project reports
  • JIRA
  • Surefire
  • RAT
  • Jacoco
  • SpotBugs
  • Checkstyle
  • PMD
  • CPD
• Ensure that "Commons Math" ("master" branch) compiles and pass all unit tests when
  • dependencies to "Commons Numbers" modules are added and
  • all classes that have an equivalent in "Commons Numbers" are deleted (MATH-1416).

• Rename licence files (NUMBERS-146)
• Jenkins
• Web site
• GitHub
• Travis
• Coveralls
• Remove "@since" Javadoc tags
