Description

Problem

• There are entries in pom.xml and resources directories which are not used.
  • Clirr configuration src/main/resources/clirr
  • References in doc/release/release.howto.txt
  • <buildnumber.skip>true</buildnumber.skip>

Goal

• Remove the configuration parts which are not used at all
