Description

Problem:

• Currently checkstyle shows errors for files like target/maven-archiver/pom.properties:1: Missing a header - not enough lines in file. [Header].
• Checkstyle checks target directory which should not being done.
• This covers currently real checkstyle reported things.

Goal

• Improve checkstyle configuration to ignore the whole target directory and check only the source code.
