I've noticed that there is a harmless bug where resyncing copies files into the local repository in the wrong location in addition to the right one (e.g. System.Net.Http/System.Net.Http4.0.0.0-.dll instead of System.Net.Http/4.0.0.0/System.Net.Http-4.0.0.0.dll)
