Continuation for NPANDAY-479

Currently Connect.cs contains most of the code for both commands and events. These should be refactored out to classes per Command and Event Receiver.

Base class {{

{ButtonCommand}

}} and helper class {{

{CommandRegistry}

}} are already done (in Context of NPANDAY-479) and can be used for the commands.

For events we still have to find a good system.
