Description

Steps:
1. Open npanday project in VS.
2. Modify settings.xml file such that it will be invalid xml format. e.g. delete any end tag.
3. Right click on project and select Add Maven Artifact menu.
4. Get message : Invalid Settings File....(long message with xml error details)
5. Click on OK.
6. Add Maven Artifact window starts opening and VS crashes.

If settings.xml file is invalid, then there should be user understandable warning message asking user to correct settings.xml file. VS should not crash.
