Description

1. start/stop server (start-server, stop-server) under CLI few times.
2. at last start hangs on some noticeable time, but started eventually.
3. but ping command will not be work because 'Local server not found', If you can try start server again, start-server command will be run

mac after restart and there aren't any java processes before this test
