Description

Improvements to JSON Web Token signing and verification required the use the RSASSA-PSS signing algorithm, necessitating a minimum Java version of JDK 8 Update 251.

The Maven build configuration should be updated to require a minimum Java version using the maven-enforcer-plugin.
