Description

In addition to capturing NiFi troubleshooting data on failure of the system tests, we also want to capture this data on system test suite timeouts. (The test suite currently times out if all tests fail to complete within two hours.)

When the system tests fail or time out, capture failsafe (maven integration test plugin) output, in addition to the NiFi troubleshooting data.

Adjust the POMs invoked by the system tests workflow to redirect stdout to file (which will be captured by the above adjustments). This greatly reduces the output that is piped into the "Run Tests" portion of the Github view for a test suite invocation.
