[NIFI-9631] Enable NiFi Toolkit cli.sh to be invoked through a symbolic link

Description

Simply add tests for a symbolic link at the beginning of the cli.sh and, if a symlink, dereference the symlink to obtain the true directory where the script is held and set SCRIPT_DIR and SCRIPT_NAME accordingly.
