[NIFI-8989] Azure Managed Identities for EventHub - ConsumeAzureEventHub and GetAzureEventHub

Description

From what I understand, currently just the PutAzureEventHub processor permits Managed Identities via the VM host. Can some wonderful person(s) please add this to the ConsumeAzureEventHub and GetAzureEventHub processors.
