Description

Would like to enhance our test containers-based database testing library in nifi registry to add the following:

• Ability for customizing the PostConstruct/Init method, for things such as specifying the character set to use when creating databases (noticed this is needed for MySQL 8 in some projects)
• Change createDataSource method visibility to be public, so that these classes can be used as a library more easily.
• Where possible, remove some duplicated code across the various versions of databases by pushing more into the base classes.
