[NIFI-8612] UnpackContent is unable to extract zip files when file filter is specified

Description

For some zip files, NiFi is not able to extract only files specified by File Filter RegExp.

NiFi then returns the following error:
2021-05-18 11:28:00,122 ERROR [Timer-Driven Process Thread-4] o.a.n.processors.standard.UnpackContent UnpackContent[id=7e1da1e1-0179-1000-c6a6-548eb16bc846] Unable to unpack StandardFlowFileRecord[uuid=368f9c00-fddc-42b2-8763-5ba59c05a54d,claim=StandardContentClaim [resourceClaim=StandardResourceClaim[id=1621328644854-1, container=default, section=1], offset=0, length=300],offset=0,name=testzip02.zip,size=300] because it does not appear to have any entries; routing to failure

Configuration of UnpackContent processor:

I attached a zip file to reproduce:
testzip.zip

NiFi 1.11.4 had no problems with those files.
