[NIFI-8274] PropertiesFileLookupService does not support NiFi Variables

Description

While the documentation states that PropertiesFileLookupService support NiFi variable registry, it does not.

When using EL in the property, it is not being resolved resulting in processor remaining invalid.

Using NiFi Parameter Context instead does resolve correctly.
