[NIFI-5939] The docs for File Filter (Unpack processor) still need to be more clear for beginners

Description

An improvement was made in NIFI-3549 but that still resulted in only:

“Only files contained in the archive whose names match the given regular expression will be extracted”

I’m guessing (based on looking at the code) that “names” here means the full path of the entries within the archive, including any parent directories.

What’s less clear is what ends up being used as the directory separator. Is it “/” or could it be “\” in the Windows environment? I'd hope the former in order to make processes portable.

Either way I think the documentation could be improved, and some sample regular expressions would help.
