[NIFI-5749] NiFi requirements include "Java 8 or later", but doesn't compile with Java 9

Description

README.md file attached to NiFi release 1.8.0 contains the following:

## Requirements

JDK 1.8 or newer

However NiFi doesn't compile with Java 9:

Either the content of readme or the compilation error should be fixed.
