Description
We could improve our handling of incoming change requests by giving a little structure.
- the NIFI jira should have a ticket status of Patch Available
- I think anyone with jira admin on the project can fix this by changing the Workflow
- we should have a publicly shared issue search for all Patch Available issues
- I think anyone with a jira account can do this
- We should update the contributions section to tell people to set Patch Available
- We should add a section to the dev guide that explains the review process, how to find tickets in the review queue, and how to give feedback.
