[NIFI-2707] "Bring to Front" function in UI does not to work after exiting group

Description

I have some connections that overlap one another. I right-clicked on one and clicked Bring to Front. This worked as expected. However, after I left the Process Group and came back, the connection that was brought to the front is no longer in front.
