[NIFI-258] Relationships are not being automatically updated when new "For Relationships" options are added

Description

To Reproduce:

1:Add a RouteonAttribute and draw an unmatched relationship to a follow on processor.
2:Next go back to the RouteonAttribute and add a new property and value.
3.Right Click on the unmatched relationship and attempt to change the relationship to the newly added property.

The newly added property is not being displayed as a relationship option on the fly. Instead the user must refresh the browser for the relationship to appear.
