Description

Currently, the Reporting Tasks and Controller Services are not annotated with @CapabiltyDescription or @Tags annotations, as they have always been configured via XML, so these wouldn't have been useful. Now that they are being migrated to the UI, these will become important in order to provide documentation about the components to users.
