in Controller Services settings, allow sorting by bulletins

    Description

      In the "Controller Service" Tab of "NiFi flow Settings", It would be nice to be able to sort by the presence of bulletins / messages for invalidity. Would help in getting a bunch of things stood up at once. My thought would be to make the far left column sortable, but it doesn't have a heading, which would make it seem sort of odd. I don't have a full solution here, just a thought...

      maybe it could just be something you could filter on, like in NIFI-1399.
