Description

When ReplaceText processor's Evaluation Mode property is set to Line-by-Line
and
the line's size is greater than Maximum Buffer Size

flowfile will not go to failure relationship but will remain in input queue and give:

Failed to process session due to java.nio.BufferOverflowException;
Processor Administratively Yielded for 1 sec: java.nio.BufferOverflowException

Using attached file (apache license all on one line, a little over 11KB)
with Maximum Buffer Size set to 5KB will produce this situation.
