Description

In test spec's included project, the hint does work BUT the associated refactoring is buggy.

When applying hint's refactoring on the first or on the third line (bug doesn't happen for the second line), actual code is removed as per hint refactoring BUT the comment lines magically become 4 (they should be at most 3, yet one gets duplicated).
