[NETBEANS-6051] lost project connection data again -- auto-upgraded from 12.4 to 12.5)

Description

After NB auto-upgraded to 12.5, the project connection data lost again. Not first time by auto-uprgaeding event.

environment see below:

See (1) printscreen:
currently: Remote connection <missing connection>
before: some active remote connection

Also all previously managed connections lost.
