Description
To reproduce this issue you only need to be editing any file that allows suggestion of code. This may be a simple HTML file, a XML file that indicates an scheme or a Java class into a Java project. Any file that allows Netbeans suggest code.
While you are typing on that file, Netbeans will display a box suggesting some code, but that suggestion-box is placed in wrong place. At least on Windows 10, the box and its window-shadow don't match. (Image attached)
The issue get worst when you type and the suggestion box detects a valid element and now displays a "description box" (describing the element you are typing). Now, the wrong-placed shadow, belongs to that "description-box" and the original suggestion-box is cut by that shadow (image attached too)
