Description

When hovering over a long filename in the Projects pane, a tooltip is shown to show the entire filename as it extends beyond the edge of the scroll viewport. This tooltip needs to be updated to look good on HiDPI/Retina screens.

This problem occurs on MacOS, but not on Windows 10. On Windows 10 it would be good to improve the alignment of the border, however.

The relevant code is in org.openide.explorer.view.ViewTooltips.ImgComp.
