Description

I wanted to change/add a badge icon to a HTML5 project, when there are ome specific files like .angular-cli.json. So the project gets a new, merged icon, the current icon + my custom icon. This is, unfortunately not possible.

I had a look into PHP Plugins for NetBeans like the WordPress plugin: https://github.com/junichi11/netbeans-wordpress-plugin/blob/master/src/org/netbeans/modules/php/wordpress/WordPressPhpProvider.java or Laravel. They extends the PhpFrameworkProvider which is public. Unfortunately, there is no such implementation for JS. In the future, I would like to implement similiar features where I change the icon to that framework, they are added.

So it is needed to have such a JsFrameworkProvider, that can extended.
