Description

I managed to work around this issue in Netbeans 11 a year back, thanks to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-2347

However, I installed Netbeans 12 recently, installed SASS via chocolatey, and the newer version of Dart-SASS no longer offers the sass.bat, but sass.exe instead. 

The workaround from before no longer works.
