[NETBEANS-533] new JFrame is opening with Exception after commit to Git or Mercurial

Description

Found through NetCat 9.0

Problem with JFrame in project with version control.

If i create new JFrame i can work with this without problem. When new JFrame has status "new" i do not see any problem.

After commit if i open JFrame again i have exception.
